The plant-based menu at L’Honoré is the first example. A trendy menu, in tune with the time, which signals the beginning of the plant-based era in this gastronomic institution.
A market of flavours
But above all, there is the Christmas Market, a walk of flavours, where producers from all horizons come to make the general public discover their products. This year, the Christmas Market will feature a stand dedicated to vegan producers, which I have the pleasure of coordinating.
For one week, from 16 to 23 December 2017, the stand will host four producers that I have selected especially for the event.
A new program
This Christmas market is meant to be special. It promises good things to taste and nice people to meet:

- Monday 18 & Tuesday 19 December: Le Potager de Charlotte
- Wednesday 20 & Thursday 21 December: Jay&Joy
- Friday 22 & Saturday 23 December: Gentle Gourmet
