Another way of eating is possible, and would allow us to better preserve our health, our environment, and our planet.

Plant-based cuisine today answers many social questions. This is why it interests me, and even more so when it shows its capacity to be elegant and refined.

It promises us indeed a bright future in the world of gastronomy and I am convinced that only great Chefs can transform our vision of things. They are the symbol of traditional gastronomy, the guarantors of our flavours of yesteryear. They must remain so while being creative and innovative.

It is also the producers and Chefs who have chosen to use vegetables, who will guide us in this direction. They bring a new know-how and a new way of thinking, which is important to consider.

With Graines de Papilles, I want to bring together the richness of both worlds and put plants at the heart of our gastronomic culture, our history, and our values.

I want to put my passion and my know-how at the service of gastronomy, to accompany Chefs towards high-end plant-based gastronomy!

Une autre façon de manger est possible, et nous permettrait de mieux préserver notre santé, notre environnement, notre planète.

La cuisine végétale répond aujourd’hui à de nombreuses questions de société. C’est en cela qu’elle m’intéresse, et encore plus quand elle montre sa capacité à être élégante et raffinée.

Elle nous promet en effet un bel avenir dans le monde de la gastronomie et je suis convaincue que seuls les grands Chefs sont à même de transformer notre vision des choses. Ils sont le symbole de la gastronomie traditionnelle, garants de nos saveurs d’antan. Ils doivent le rester, tout en étant créatifs et innovants.

Ce sont aussi les producteurs et les Chefs ayant pris le parti du végétal, qui nous guideront dans cette voie. Ils apportent un nouveau savoir-faire et une nouvelle façon de penser, qu’il est important de considérer.

Avec Graines de Papilles, je veux réunir la richesse des deux mondes et remettre le végétal au coeur de notre culture gastronomique, notre histoire, nos valeurs.

Graines de Papilles is an online media created in 2015, whose mission is to highlight the world of high-end plant-based gastronomy.

The site hosts articles dedicated to the Chefs of this new cuisine, to restaurants that offer a sophisticated plant-based offer, as well as the products and brands that participate in it. It is also the whole world of pastry, which is approached in all its elegance.

Graines de Papilles evolves over time, accompanying the evolution of catering in the plant field. New sections appear throughout our history and according to the subjects we like to deal with

Graines de Papilles is above all a human adventure made of encounters and discoveries. It is a team passionate about writing and gastronomy, who works to offer regular, high-quality content. These are people who contribute on an ad hoc or permanent basis. Thank you to those who support us!
